Serving Tenants
The previous Government set up the social housing regulator, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), to ensure tenants get a fair deal.

The new Minister for Housing and Local Government has written to Rosie to inform her that the new Government is reviewing the role and the purpose of the TSA and that the review would be framed by the Government's commitments to reduce the number of quangos and to cut unneccessary regulation and inspection.
