Rosie helps bowlers celebrate anniversary

Bowlers threw a party to celebrate their club’s 10th birthday.

Members at Doncaster Indoor Bowling Club, which was built using National Lottery cash, held the gathering at the club on Urban Road, Hexthorpe.



Rosie – who bowled the first ever ball when the club opened in September 2001 – attended as special guest.

Club director Harry Guttridge said: “Thanks go to the management team and the members who have supported the club so well.”

Rosie said: “It’s a thriving club and it was an honour to be invited back to help celebrate its anniversary.”
