Arrivals: From the Caribbean to Doncaster

A new exhibition has opened at the Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery on Chequer Road.  Arrivals: From the Caribbean to Doncaster.

Heritage Doncaster worked with community member Alex Watson to tell the stories of 22 people from the Caribbean who have made Doncaster their home between 1948 and 1973.

The Exhibition is on throughout Black History Month until 2nd November and in addition to the personal stories and photographs there are also exhibits on display.
