Museum unveils new boiler with Rosie

Rosie helped staff at Doncaster Museum celebrate the installation of a new £300,000 biomass boiler.

The new unit has been jointly financed by npower and Doncaster Council.



Pupils from Woodfield Primary took part in a Climate Cops Academy day and an ‘energy treasure hunt’.

Rosie said: “It’s fantastic to see Doncaster Museum, npower and the council working together on this project. The new energy-saving measures will provide the museum with years of heat and power using renewable energy.”
