Rosie has urged anyone with information about the incident near Elmfield Park on Tuesday (February 14) in which 13-year-old Casey Kearney died to contact police.
Rosie added: “The death of any young person is a tragedy and my thoughts and sympathies are with Casey’s loved ones at this terrible time.”
