Wheatley Churches regularly take the church out into the community have a mobile office - taking the church into the community whenever and wherever events are held, next week will see them in Doncaster at the Fan Zone - Tour de Yorkshire.

The church leaders updated Rosie on the debt counselling service that they provide – Christians Against Poverty (CAP) –delivering an in depth free service to help people out of debt, which is available to everybody regardless of race, nationality, religion, age, gender, marital status, sexual orientation or disability.

The churches also work together to help find new foster homes as part of the national ‘Home for Good’ Christian fostering charity – where churches are committed to find new foster homes and are working
with Doncaster Childrens Services Trust to raise awareness in church communities of the need for foster carers and to highlight the importance of fostering within society.
